Some girls have all the luck...

Here she is the girl who acts like a baby but looks like a model...I cannot believe how lovely Skippy has become!!

She is a mere 15 months old in this picture, so only a baby still. She is so sleek and so mature, she needs a new friend to teach how to trian a human to be your slave.

Skippy enjoys singing, dancing and cooking a variety of Marks and Spencer inspired meals!!

Haha there is nothing little about Skippy!!! I wonder if she can help me groom my rabbit?!? Theexcessive amounts of rain we have had here in sunny Somerset have meant that Oskar my rabbit has mud plastered all over him from his frantic digging!!!!! As you can see from these charming photos Skippy is turning into a wolf! Hahahaha only kidding Mum, she looks like a lovely young lady afghan hound!!

Where has Skippy been?!?

Well...no posts since December...but that is all about to change. Skippy has had a few successes in the show ring now that she is old enough to be shown. Squirrell has now QUALIFIED for CRUFTS!!!!!!!!! YAY!!!!!!!!!!! I'm SOOOOOOOOO proud of her. All I have to do now is qualify Swampy before Mum can qualify Skip! Hah!

Skippy goes to the Western Afghan Hound Club show...

This is Skippy at the Western Afghan Hound Championship Show. She was not the star attraction but she did have fun in the showring!!

Skippy has a bath...

So Skippy has run around in loads of mud and grass, long wet grass is her favourite. Now its time for her weekly bath. She seemed particularly unhappy at the prospect of water yesterday so I captured the event on camera!!! Hahaha! These pics show her during her beard wash and after in her drying suit!! Tonight is match night at dog training so hopefully I should be able to get a few good pics of her standing nicely! The last pics I took at training didnt come out very well.

Skippy and Swampy visit Ham Hill!

Skippy went for her first visit to Ham Hill on Saturday and what a walk it was! Swampy naturally showed her the ropes of exploration, and Squirrel made her feel at ease whilst walking on the lead. Skippy was a little sad as the walk ended and she was forced to get in the car wityh mum whilst the other three crammed into my Ford KA!!!! She wanted to be squeezed in too.

This is THE best dog in the world at West Bay beach near Bridport! She liked everything but the sea...maybe she thought it was a giant bath...

I thought I ought to put another nice pic of Osk on here as it is a Rex rabbit blog?!?!? Or is it? Maybe half Afghan hound half rabbit! Here Osk is kissing Lily through his run wires!

Skippy is offically named!

Skippy is enjoying her new life in Yeovil Marsh and this new pic shows her enjoying a yummy icepole! She has also met the famous Luigi and this meeting was captured on digital camera!

A new addition to the family...

Introducing a new face to my blog site, she doesn't have a name yet but I think she looks a bit like a Weasel... fits quite well with Squirrel, Swampy and Forest!
